At AeonVox, we stand behind the quality of our software products and
development services. This policy outlines terms and conditions for
refunds and cancellations.
## 1. Software Products (SaaS & Downloads)
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
✓ Full refund within 30 days of purchase
✓ No questions asked

Refund Processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method
Exclusions:
✗ Purchases made more than 30 days ago
✗ Third-party marketplace purchases
✗ Items marked "non-refundable" at purchase
## 2. Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions:
• Cancel anytime from account dashboard
• No cancellation fees
• Prorated refund if canceled within first 7 days of billing cycle
• After 7 days: No refund, but access continues until end of period
Annual Subscriptions:
• Prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase/renewal
• After 30 days: No refund, but service continues until end
• Can choose not to renew anytime before renewal date
Free Trials:
• Cancel anytime during trial period
• No charge if canceled before trial ends
• Standard refund policies apply after trial converts
## 3. Custom Development Services
Project Deposits (50% upfront):
✓ Refundable if work hasn't commenced (within 7 days)
◐ Partially refundable if < 25% of project timeline
✗ Non-refundable once > 25% of project timeline
Milestone-Based Projects:
• Each milestone payment due upon completion and approval
• Milestone payments non-refundable once deliverable approved
• Rejected milestones: We address concerns at no additional charge
• Project cancellation: 14 days written notice required
Hourly or Retainer Services:
• Billed based on actual hours worked
• Can cancel with 7 days written notice
• Responsible for payment of all hours worked until cancellation
• Unused retainer hours may be refunded (if canceled within first month)
## 4. Technical Issues & Service Interruptions
If you experience technical issues or service interruptions:
1. Contact support immediately: support [at] aeonvox.com
2. We will work to resolve the issue promptly
3. If unresolved: May be eligible for prorated refund
4. Service credits may be offered for extended outages
## 5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks can result in:
✗ Immediate suspension of service
✗ Termination of your account
✗ Additional processing fees
## 6. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Include order number, purchase date, and associated email
Step 3: Reason (optional but appreciated for feedback)
Step 4: We review and respond within 2-3 business days
Step 5: If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
## 7. Refund Method
Refunds issued to original payment method:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (varies by issuer)
• PayPal: 2-3 business days
• Other Methods: Processing times vary by provider
## 8. Currency & Exchange Rates
All refunds processed in US Dollars (USD). If original purchase was
in a different currency, refunded amount may differ due to exchange
rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences.
## 9. Promotions & Discounts
• Refunds are for the amount actually paid, not original price
• Promotional codes cannot be reused after refund
• Some offers may be marked non-refundable at purchase time
